I actually got to page 50 of this blog before I remembered homework.

Welcome!

"The sad truth is that it was ANTI-free market capitalist policies, both in the West and in Bangladesh, that lit the fuse for this particular disaster, as well as for a rash of fires in other Bangladeshi clothing factories that have killed hundreds."
"Clearly Fox is where you can see legitimate journalism taking place in terms of adversarial posture towards those in power."
"Glenn Beck wasn’t trying to save his soul, he was trying to save his ass. Advertisers fled his show and even Glenn knows what that means in our industry. Yet, we still tried to give him a soft landing. Guess no good deed goes unpunished"
Fox News’ official statement about Glenn Beck’s departure is blunt, short, and sweet. The network responded to Beck’s comments that he left Fox to “keep his soul intact.”

Fox News tackles NBA’s Jason Collins’ coming out as the first out gay athlete pretty much exactly how you’d expect- by completely ignoring it.

yes and every other news outlet tackles gosnell, a baby murdering maniac, exactly how you’d expect. by completely ignoring it. Pretty sure infant massacres are more important than a gay athlete. but that’s just me.

Fox News covered the Gosnell arrest THE LEAST of the top 3 cable news networks when the story broke while complaining about the “mainstream media” ignoring it.

In fairness, it is on their front page. Riiiiiiiiiight at the bottom of the list of stories that no-one reads because they're all in tiny print.
